Warehouse Loader & Shipping Operator
Location: Milbank, SD
Schedule: Full-Time
Join our team and help deliver quality dairy products with pride!
We're looking for a reliable, safety-focused individual to support our warehouse and shipping operations. In this role, you'll help maintain a safe environment, ensure product quality, and keep things moving smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Safely load and unload trucks with finished dairy products and production materials.
- Move and store inventory in designated areas, including our satellite warehouse.
- Receive and organize supplies, ingredients, and general freight.
- Use RF scanners for accurate tracking and labeling of products.
- Complete documentation for all shipments and inspections.
- Follow all safety, GMP, and food safety guidelines.
- Assist with training new team members and maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience and RF scanning preferred.
- Skills: Organized, detail-oriented, good communication, and time management.
- Certifications: Forklift certification required; CDL Class A preferred.
- Other: Must be 18+ and able to obtain a valid driver's license.
- Competitive pay with opportunities for skill-based pay increases:
- CDL use: +$1/hr
- Cheese stacking proficiency: +$0.50/hr
- Full-time schedule with consistent hours.
