Position DetailsEnjoy a rewarding position as a part‑time Custodian with our Tower‑Soudan School! This position is responsible for cleaning the school premises, which includes both interior and exterior job duties to provide a safe and sanitary environment for the students and staff. This position enjoys a positive environment and the opportunity to work independently following district protocols and procedures.
Skills & Abilities- Ability to operate small equipment – such as lawnmowers, genie lifts, small tractors, and power tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Ability to maintain respect for student confidentiality
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year experience in general maintenance and/or custodial/cleaning services. Additional years of experience in this area are preferable.
- Must complete a pre‑employment background check.
