Automotive Title Clerk

We are currently looking for a Certified Automotive Title Clerk to join our central office.

• Process all new and used vehicle titling
• Process in state and out of state vehicle titling
• Verify every transaction for accuracy & correct any errors prior to submission to deputy office
• Complete all transactions in timely manor
• Verify held for resale information and status
• Process all trade-in and purchase documents
• Keep all vehicle documents and files up to date and organized
• Send payoff checks, track & request lien cards and duplicate titles
• Manage, track and order plate and sticker inventory
• Maintain strict compliance with all title laws and filing requirements
• All other administrative tasks as assigned

• 1+ year of automotive title processing experience required
• Ability to pass company background check & authorized to work in MN DVS systems required
• Knowledge and experience with DLRDMV & DLR
  50 preferred
• previous experience in CDK preferred
• Currently title certified or ability to become title certified within 30 days of hire.
• Positive attitude required
