Job Description
Join us as we grow! Our new Randolph, MN location is set to open its doors in early May 2026, and we are beginning the hiring process now. We will be reviewing applications and interviewing on a rolling basis, allowing us to adjust start dates to fit your schedule and business needs. To get you started on the right foot, this position may include in-person training period at our Le Sueur, MN facility.

- Perform electrical, HVAC, and plumbing maintenance work
- Perform regular preventative maintenance inspections of the facility
- Painting / Drywall Repair
- Office set-up, tear-down, furniture relocating
- Interior / Exterior lighting replacement
- Small appliance repair
- Investigate and service any complaints or concerns involving the facility, including outdoor equipment and related matters
- Inspect work performed to ensure it meets the required expectations and standards set by the company and leadership
- Assist other maintenance employees with projects and tasks
- Assist with outside vendor management
- Perform lockout tagout
- Safe handling of chemicals
- Keep work area clean and orderly
- Perform job duties safely as outlined in the maintenance standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ability to successfully plan and complete work orders with minimal supervision
- Additional duties as assigned by management to ensure that the facility is always in safe operating conditions
- 3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems; crane, forklift, rooftop unit maintenance experience preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
- Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Knowledge of safety regulations, environmental standards, and OSHA/MSHA requirements.
- Ability to acquire and retain all necessary safety certifications
- Education:
High school diploma or GED - Experience:
3+ years of experience in industrial or facilities maintenance - Systems: N/A

- Work at varying heights, including on the rooftop of the buildings
- Lift up to 60 lbs.
- Push/pull 100 lbs.
- Stand on feet for long periods of time during a shift for up to 12 hours, with intermittent breaks
- Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by Cambria
- Participate in daily stretch and flex exercises
- Work in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions
- Walk up and down steps multiple times throughout shift
- Bend over multiple times throughout shift

- Respirator (employees who are required to wear a respirator must maintain a clean‑shaven face in the area where the respirator seals to the skin).
Cambria’s starting range hourly for this position is $22.00 – $30.00. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job‑related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
