We are a full-service, commercial real estate firm that delivers highly specialized Asset Management Services and focuses primarily on Manufactured Housing and Self-Storage. We own and operate over 115 properties across 30 states. We are seeking innovative, passionate, and motivated individuals for a seasonal summer Groundskeeper position. This is a part-time seasonal role suitable for high school or college students; candidate age 16+ is welcome.

• Starting salary $16 per hour - may vary depending on experience

• Primary responsibility for the daily upkeep of the grounds and appearance of the property; upkeep of community grounds and common areas, maintaining curb appeal
• Manage watering system to optimize turf conditions
• Edging, blowing, mowing and snow blowing
• Assist in the maintenance of manufactured homes
• Patrol the community and perform site inspections while maintaining relationships with residents
• Perform painting, general carpentry, light electrical and plumbing tasks; unclog drains; assist with HVAC repair/replacement and minor roof repairs
• Other duties as assigned

• Possess a valid driver s license
• Ability to handle conflicts in a professional and calm manner
• Ability to bend and work in positions needed to repair main water lines and read meters
• Ability to read and understand documents including user instructions, policy manual, checklists, and rental leases or other legal forms
• Willingness to work respectfully with people of diverse backgrounds
• Ability to physically get out and make rounds through the community
• Ability to operate landscaping machinery
• Adaptability to changing work conditions
• Basic carpentry and maintenance skills
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Knowledge of the park and surrounding area
• Flexible and rotating schedule to include most weekends and summer holidays
• Requires visual acuity and ability to hear to communicate with managers, coworkers, guests and vendors
• Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to reach with arms and hands
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
• Finger and hand dexterity to grip and grasp items or equipment
• Successful completion of a background check
