Position OverviewMaintenance Technician (Le Sueur, MN) – responsible for maintaining the physical asset of multi‑family housing properties.
Day‑to‑day Tasks- Building systems maintenance
- Unit repairs and reconditioning
- Drywall repairs
- Painting
- Minor plumbing work
- Minor electrical work
- Grounds care and snow removal
- Maintenance or repair experience, preferably in property management
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds on occasion
- Pass a criminal background check
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
- Handle confidential information
- Available for after‑hour emergencies as needed
