Salary Range$21.00 to $25.00 per hour

Community Volunteering
- Building Maintenance – Continuous maintenance of all 7 company facilities including plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems (facilities in MN, SD, WI).
- Construction Management – Manage company upgrade building and/or grounds projects, including actual construction and/or project management, supervising and coordinating contractors.
- Janitorial – Ensure multiple facility locations are clean, safe, and well maintained.
- Lawn & Facility Grounds Care – Maintain grounds for all facilities.
- Snow Removal – Manage a snow removal plan at all facilities.
- Fleet Management – Oversee and evaluate repairs and maintenance on company‑owned vehicles.
- Strategic Planning – Plan for future development aligned with strategic objectives; calculate and compare costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money and lead change with minimal disruption. Key focus: safety repairs & general maintenance, clean & functional facilities, client touch‑point upgrades, expansion planning.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 5+ years of experience.
- Able to travel frequently, occasionally overnight.
- Active driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Above‑average knowledge in building maintenance and light to heavy construction.
- Ability to multitask and respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues.
- Ability to prioritize projects to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills at all managerial levels.
- Must be able to lift/move items of 50 lbs or more periodically.
- Must be able to climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop periodically.
OR any combination of education and experience that provides the required skill and knowledge for successful performance is acceptable.
