Join Our Team as a Maintenance/Floor Care Assistant!
Are you looking to work in a dynamic healthcare environment where your skills and dedication can make a difference? Windom Area Health is seeking a dedicated Maintenance/Floor Care Assistant to join our team in Windom, MN.
Pay Range: $18.35 - $24.77/hr
Schedule:
Full-time, primarily weekday hours with weekends as needed.
Location:
Windom, MN

- Cleaning and maintaining all floor surfaces (linoleum, tile, carpet, area rugs) using buffers, waxing machines, and carpet extractors.
- Routine equipment maintenance and assessing when flooring requires extra care.
- Performing light building and grounds maintenance and repairs as assigned.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Some floor cleaning experience preferred; training provided if necessary.
- Knowledge of floor care equipment operation and maintenance.
- Ability to work unsupervised, apply good judgment, and ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards.
