Attached to the After-Sales Service Manager, you ensure daily after-sales service interventions at customers' locations on different product ranges: verandas and pergolas. Your missions are as follows:

• Carry out after-sales service interventions such as waterproofing, replacement of glazing (facade and roof), roller shutter, BSO, roof panels, etc., according to the planned schedule and in compliance with established procedures.
• Perform the necessary formalities: drafting the intervention report, ordering the necessary material and equipment, and transmitting information to the after-sales service managers for the coordination of the site.

Trips to nearby or regional locations may require overnight stays. The schedule is organized in advance but it is necessary to have a flexible organization.

The position is based near Carhaix and is available as soon as possible.

You have significant experience in on-site installation and solid technical skills. You demonstrate a real manual know-how, are comfortable with work at height, and enjoy outdoor interventions.

Knowledge of domotics and aluminum joinery is a real asset. You are also comfortable with computer tools. An EB license would be appreciated.

With excellent interpersonal skills, you like to work in a team and contribute to a good collective dynamic.
