Schedule: M-F 6-2:30

Under the direction of the Director of Buildings & Grounds, the Head Custodian is responsible for the overall management of daily operations of the assigned school building.

• General cleaning of the school building
• Supervising building custodians
• Managing heating and cooling systems
• Maintenance and repair of the building
• Ensuring safety, health, and comfort of students, staff and public within and around the building

Annandale is a supportive community in the heart of the lakes country. The community is located on Highway 55, approximately 50 miles west of Minneapolis and 25 miles southeast of St. Cloud. Annandale Elementary School is host to approximately 876 engaged, bright, energetic learners in grades K-5 and 116 motivated and dedicated staff members.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2nd Class C Boiler License; or working towards 2nd Class C Boilers License
