Housekeeping Job Description
Looking for a housekeeper at the Sandstone Health Care Center to work every other weekend. The housekeeper is under direct supervision of the Housekeeping Director.
Responsibilities- Maintain standards with respect to cleanliness and sanitation of the facility
- Follows instruction willingly
- Able to meet deadlines
- Punctuality
- Good communication skills
- Keep neat overall appearance of surroundings
- Empty and wash wastebaskets
- Window washing
- Dusting and mopping
- Bathroom sanitation
- Vacuuming
- Clean dining room – tables and bases
- Clean all furniture in common areas
- Must be able to safely perform all essential duties of the job
- Other duties may be assigned as needed
- High School Diploma
- Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, janitorial procedures
- Knowledge of safe work practices and infection control
- Ability to perform manual labor tasks
Every Other Weekend
