The Custodian plays a vital role in ensuring that Westmor Industries provides a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees, customers, and visitors. This position is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of our facilities, supporting a positive first impression and fostering a productive workspace. • Perform daily cleaning of all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, offices, and break rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms and locker rooms, ensuring they are fully stocked with supplies.
• Clean conference rooms and the Training Center, including room setup and air wall adjustments as needed.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Wash windows, doors, and glass partitions.
• Empty waste containers and recycling bins.
• Perform light maintenance tasks such as painting and touch-ups.
• Assist with snow removal around building entrances and walkways to ensure safety.
• Keep work areas clean, orderly, and aligned with health and safety standards.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistent upkeep of facilities.
• Take initiative to identify and address cleaning or maintenance needs proactively.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the facilities team and company operations.

The starting pay range for this position is $18-23 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including skills, experience, and location.

Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 12:00pm.

• Prior custodial or facility maintenance experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in creating clean, safe spaces.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
• Strong time management skills to complete jobs efficiently and on schedule.
• Basic problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach.
