Join our corporate team as a Housekeeping Supervisor II to provide leadership, direction, and support to the Housekeeping team members, in order to ensure a clean and sanitary environment for our residents and staff.

Compensation

Starting at $54,000, will commensurate with experience

How you will make an impact
  • Prepare daily assignments and schedules to include established routine duties for housekeeping staff
  • Inspect premises to determine next assignments and to ensure that trash/garbage removal meets with health, safety and sanitation regulations including receiving dock areas and community grounds
  • Utilize carpet and floor extractors to clean floors in residents homes and common areas
  • Utilize power washers to deep clean dumpsters and trash room
  • Train new employees, assigns tasks and closely supervises until fully trained.
  • Maintain an inventory of housekeeping supplies, materials and equipment
  • Create weekly, monthly and semi-monthly cleaning schedules for common areas of the facility
  • Investigate and resolve housekeeping related complaints
What you will need
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping operations
  • Previous experience in a leadership role preferred
  • Experience using carpet and floor extractors and proven ability to train staff members on floor extractor usage
  • Experience using a power washer
