The primary duties of the truck driver include the ability to pick up and/or deliver products to/from our vendors, warehouse, and jobsites. This includes the ability to load and unload trucks and trailers utilizing a forklift or other similar equipment. Additional duties include inventory management and material preparation for upcoming projects, including pulling parts and potential fabrication/welding. This integral position is critical to day-to-day operations, so dependability is of utmost importance.

• Valid MN CDL driver’s license
• Forklift Certification (provided upon hire)
• Inventory/parts management experience
• Welding experience (preferred but not required)
• Experience operating equipment safely
• Dependable, positive, solution-focused
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team

• Work week is 20-30 hours per week; flexible schedule
• Employees must obtain and maintain any required licensing or certifications necessary for completing daily work activities
• Communicate with vendors and customers respectfully as a professional representative of Grassland Solutions, Inc.
• Responsible for necessary paperwork and documentation
• Accountable for vehicle, equipment and tools/supplies provided by the company
• Help maintain a safe and productive working environment
• Additional duties as assigned
