Detail​/Washbay Supervisor

Upon Hire:

• Successful completion of a Pre-Employment Drug Test, along with Federal Random Drug Testing.
• A passable Pre-Employment Physical Assessment.
• Understanding and willingness to work weekdays, weekends, and provide coverage to schedule gaps as needed.
• Daily shift times will vary, depending on the vehicle schedule and the need to monitor your staff.

• Create a daily, weekly, monthly cleaning schedule for equipment and staff
• Work with other departments such as dispatch and operations
• Oversee cleaning operations and ensure all buses and equipment are cleaned according to cleaning schedule
• Ensuring detailers and cleaning staff are on task and performing according to the cleaning plan and schedule.
• Ability to manage a cleaning schedule during company busy times such as special events, multiple charter/tour days or heavy school bus usage.
• Operate bus wash system
• Perform general housekeeping duties of the buildings such as sweeping, shoveling, scrubbing floors, and dumping trash
• Driving buses and other shop equipment when needed (provided proper training).
• Completes all other functions necessary to support the well-being of the company.
