Benedictine - - Responsibilities:
Perform general custodial tasks including removing trash, washing windows and walls, moving furniture and supplies; perform fill-in housekeeping duties as needed;
Perform floor care such as cleaning, buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning;
Assist with building maintenance and construction work on interior and exterior surfaces;
Assist with grounds maintenance including lawn care and snow removal;
Assist with general repairs to facility and residents’ equipment; operate hand and power tools and related maintenance machinery safely
