Salary:
Per TCU Custodian Contract $22.10/hour + Additional stipends for certifications, per contract + .20-.45/hour if possess a boiler/engineer license +.25/hour if possess a Pool Certification(CPO license)

Job SummaryProvide custodian/maintenance duties in schools in the district as needed. The Custodian/Maintenance person will perform general cleaning, groundskeeping and maintenance of facilities to provide a clean and safe environment for students and staff.
QualificationsHigh School Degree earned or equivalent experience. Good physical condition, ability to work in confined areas (ie: boiler room) and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds with no physical restrictions. Experience working with school district maintenance, procedures, methods and policies and the ability to properly instruct and oversee subordinates. Maintain confidentiality, professionalism and appropriate dress and appearance. Personal attributes necessary for working within a team setting and creating an inviting and welcoming environment.
