Job Summary:

Join the Franklin Restorative Care Center team as a Housekeeping Aide and play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. As a Housekeeping Aide, you will assist in ensuring our facility meets the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, while also supporting infection control and resident care.

• Clean resident rooms, common areas, hallways, and restrooms according to facility standards
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces to maintain a safe environment
• Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies as needed
• Follow proper infection control and safety procedures at all times
• Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and delivering items as assigned
• Promptly report any equipment or maintenance concerns
• Provide respectful and courteous service to residents, families, and staff

• Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred (healthcare setting a plus, but not required)
• Ability to follow cleaning schedules, safety rules, and infection control procedures
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Compassionate attitude with a commitment to serving residents
• Physical ability to bend, lift, push, and stand for extended periods
