Custodial Technician II

Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a Custodial Technician II to keep our casino, hotel, restaurants, and public areas clean, safe, and guest-ready. In this role, you'll perform routine and deep cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restroom sanitation, trash and recycling, and special projects. You will set up and break down event and meeting spaces, monitor supplies, and follow all safety and chemical-handling procedures.

Working on your feet in a fast-paced, on-site environment, you'll support our guest-first culture, tribal values, and team-focused approach every shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of casino, hotel, restaurants, restrooms, and public spaces (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting)
• Sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, and high-touch surfaces to meet health and safety standards
• Empty trash and recycling, handle waste safely, and maintain back-of-house service areas
• Operate custodial equipment such as vacuums, floor machines, and carpet extractors
• Assist with event and meeting room setup, teardown, and furniture arrangement
• Monitor and restock supplies, reporting low inventory or equipment issues promptly
• Follow all safety, PPE, and chemical-handling procedures and guidelines
• Respond to guest and staff requests for cleanup or spill response in a timely manner
• Support a guest-first, team-oriented culture rooted in tribal values and respect
• Report maintenance or safety hazards to supervisors to ensure a safe environment
