Maintenance Technician II

Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to keep our casino, hotel, and resort facilities operating safely and reliably. In this on-site role, you'll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, troubleshooting basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues. You'll respond quickly to work orders and emergencies, use tools and CMMS systems safely, and follow OSHA and resort standards.

Working closely with hospitality and casino teams, you'll help ensure a clean, comfortable, guest-ready environment that reflects our welcoming, tribal values-based culture and supports a fast-paced, team-oriented operation.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on guest rooms, casino, and back-of-house areas
• Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues
• Respond to maintenance service requests and emergencies in a timely manner
• Inspect equipment and building systems to identify safety or reliability issues
• Use work order/CMMS systems to document work performed and track tasks
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines while using tools and equipment
• Coordinate with housekeeping, hotel, and casino teams to minimize guest disruption
• Assist with small projects, installations, and seasonal facility preparations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance shop and work areas
• Support a guest-first, team-oriented culture aligned with tribal values
