Laborer​/Equipment Operator

Treasure Island Resort & Casino seeks a Laborer/Equipment Operator to support facilities, grounds, and back-of-house operations across our resort campus. In this hands-on role, you will safely operate light equipment, assist with material handling, groundskeeping, snow and debris removal, and basic maintenance tasks to keep guest and staff areas clean, safe, and functional. You'll work closely with a supportive, team-oriented crew in a fast-paced hospitality environment that values tribal traditions, respect, and service excellence while offering training and opportunities to grow your skills and career.

Responsibilities

• Operate light equipment and tools to support facilities and grounds tasks
• Perform general labor, including loading, unloading, and material handling
• Assist with groundskeeping, landscaping, and snow or debris removal
• Support basic maintenance and cleanliness of guest and staff areas
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and OSHA guidelines
• Conduct basic inspections of equipment and report issues promptly
• Work collaboratively with facilities and operations teams to meet needs
• Respond to work orders and supervisor directions in a timely manner
• Maintain organized work areas and properly store tools and equipment
• Uphold guest-first, respectful service aligned with tribal values
