Janitorial Technician

Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a Janitorial Technician to keep guest and employee areas clean, safe, and inviting. Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms, gaming floors, public spaces, back-of-house areas, and event spaces; mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, dusting, and replenishing supplies. You'll use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely, follow health and sanitation standards, and promptly report maintenance or safety issues. In this fast-paced, guest-first environment, you'll work as part of a supportive team, upholding tribal values of respect, teamwork, and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, gaming floors, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
• Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash and recycling removal
• Replenish restroom and public area supplies as needed
• Operate janitorial equipment safely, including vacuums and floor-care machines
• Follow proper chemical handling, safety, and sanitation procedures
• Inspect assigned areas and promptly report maintenance or safety issues
• Support event and high-traffic areas with timely cleanups and resets
• Work collaboratively with team members and respond to guest cleanliness requests
• Adhere to resort, tribal, and regulatory cleanliness and safety standards
• Maintain a professional, guest-first attitude in all interactions
