Equipment Operator​/Laborer

Treasure Island Resort & Casino seeks an Equipment Operator/Laborer to support grounds and facilities across our casino, hotel, and resort areas. This hands-on role operates light equipment, performs general labor, and assists with landscaping, snow removal, cleanup, and minor repairs to maintain a safe, clean, guest-ready environment. You'll work outdoors and indoors in a fast-paced, team-focused setting, following safety standards and tribal values while responding to work orders, event needs, and seasonal projects to support exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Operate light equipment such as loaders, skid steers, tractors, and utility vehicles to support grounds and facilities work
• Perform general labor including debris removal, hauling, and material handling around resort and casino properties
• Assist with landscaping, mowing, trimming, and seasonal grounds care to maintain attractive guest areas
• Support snow removal and ice control to keep walkways, lots, and entrances safe
• Complete basic maintenance tasks and minor repairs as directed by supervisors
• Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and OSHA guidelines at all times
• Respond to work orders and event setups in a timely, guest-focused manner
• Inspect equipment before and after use and report issues or needed repairs
• Work collaboratively with maintenance, housekeeping, and operations teams
• Uphold tribal values, service standards, and a respectful, team-oriented culture
