Location: Welch
Treasure Island Resort & Casino is seeking a Custodial Technician I to keep our casino, hotel, and public areas clean, safe, and welcoming for guests and team members. Responsibilities include routine and deep cleaning of floors, restrooms, gaming areas, and back-of-house spaces; trash and recycling removal; restocking supplies; and safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. You'll respond to spills and guest requests promptly, follow infection-control and OSHA safety standards, and work closely with a supportive team in a fast-paced, guest-first environment with opportunities to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize casino, hotel, restrooms, and public spaces to resort standards
- Operate vacuums, auto-scrubbers, and other custodial equipment safely
- Handle cleaning chemicals according to label, SDS, and OSHA guidelines
- Empty trash and recycling and manage soiled materials and biohazards properly
- Restock restrooms and public area supplies throughout shifts
- Respond quickly to spills, hazards, and guest service requests
- Perform periodic deep cleaning of floors, carpets, and high-touch surfaces
- Follow infection-control, safety, and tribal and company policies
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to supervisors promptly
- Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced 24/7 resort environment
Required Skills
- Floor cleaning and care (vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing)

- Operation of custodial equipment (auto-scrubbers, buffers)
