Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday - 2:00pm to 10:00pm (Tuesday and Wednesdays off)

EssentialJob Duties
- Floor Care
- Sweep, dust, mop, auto scrub, wax, and polish floors.
- Vacuum carpets and perform carpet extraction.
- Restroom and Shower Cleaning
- Clean and disinfect sinks, toilets, urinals, and showers.
- Sweep and mop restroom floors.
- Restock soap, hand towels, and toilet paper.
- General Cleaning
- Clean horizontal and vertical surfaces.
- Clean glass, walls, woodwork, vents, and light fixtures.
- Clean windowsills, desktops, and classroom boards.
- Trash and Recycling
- Collect trash and recycling and place in designated outside containers.
- Clean all indoor trash and recycling bins.
- Maintenance Support
- Remove snow from building entrances, sidewalks, and steps.
- Unclog sink and toilet drains.
- Replace light bulbs.
- Report items needing repair.
- Other Related Duties
- Assist in buildings with staff shortages.
- Complete set-ups for events.
- Move furniture, supplies, and equipment as needed.
- Professional development and training.
- Support, respect, and commit to embracing diverse backgrounds, values, and points of view to build a strong and inclusive community.
- Complete and meet deadlines for required training and performance management cycle.
- Basic skills in using standard office equipment and computer applications, including email, word processing, spreadsheet, and database, or willingness to learn.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Reports to the Custodial Supervisor.
- This position does not supervise staff or students.

Stable work history

Vocational/Technical school training - Experience:
Previous cleaning experience; operational experience with floor machines, hydraulic man-lift, snow blowers.
Employment in this position is conditioned upon successful completion of a background check which may include: criminal background checks, reference checks, verification of work history, verification of any required academic credentials, licenses, and/or certifications, a motor vehicle check, verification of DOT certification, a credit check, employment eligibility verification, and/or a pre-employment physical. Whether a background check is deemed successfully completed will be at the sole discretion of St.

- This position may require you to report early, stay late or work different shifts depending on staffing levels. It may also require you to perform all essential job functions whenever needed and during campus emergencies when necessary.
