Job Summary

• Each morning, you’ll meet with the rest of the team to understand the day’s game plan.
• You’ll travel in one of our Shine vehicles to various customers’ homes or businesses (typically with a Crew Leader) throughout the day and perform our services specific to that customer’s needs.
  • Current service offerings:
    Window Cleaning, Power Washing, Gutter Cleaning, & Holiday Light Installations
• You may meet with customers while performing the service to ensure we are meeting and exceeding expectations throughout the day, but primary Customer Service responsibilities will be led by a Crew Leader.
• You’ll end your day back at the Shine office to recap the day, ensuring your vehicle and equipment are clean and ready for the next day’s work.
• Competitive pay and opportunity to make more. Starting base pay between $15-20 per hour with potential for performance-based increases and customer tips (pay may vary for 30-day probation period upon new hire).
• Paid holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas, eligible after 30-day probation period).
• Paid sick leave (Time accrued by hours worked).
• Fully equipped for excellent work. Your work uniform (Shine t-shirts, sweatshirts, polo shirts, and hats) will be provided to you for free. All necessary tools and equipment will also be available. No need to supply your own tools.
• Paid training – learn a valuable trade, advance your skills, and get paid while doing so. Even if you don’t have experience, we can train you.

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
