Field Technician

No experience required; we will provide training. The successful candidate will be energetic, responsible, hard‑working, and flexible with work schedule.

We operate 7 days a week to provide service during difficult times, and overtime is available including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Close and lower vault after service (sometimes assisting the gravedigger by shoveling dirt)
• Prep concrete burial vaults as ordered
• Load, transport and unload burial vaults in the company vehicle
• Install vaults into graves
• Assemble and disassemble graveside tents
• Prepare graveside service (placing folding chairs, chair covers, artificial grass)
• Keep daily reports including pre‑trip and post‑trip logs
• Maintain a maintenance schedule on the vehicle and all equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery truck, warehouse, and shop
• Perform all work functions in a timely, correct, and safe manner
• Provide a safe, clean, respectful, and dignified burial presentation for families and guests at the grave site
• Communicate all service‑related exceptions and issues with the plant manager immediately

• Must pass an MVR check
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must obtain a medical card
• Knowledge of backhoe preferred; willingness to learn is acceptable
• Knowledge of knuckle‑boom crane preferred; willingness to learn is acceptable
