, you’ll be the crucial link between our customers and our service team. You'll ensure that each customer’s service experience is smooth, informed, and efficient, helping us maintain the high standards our reputation is built on.
- Guide customers through the repair process, keeping them updated every step of the way
- Accurately translate customer concerns into detailed work orders
- Verify repair quality and ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow all internal service procedures and protocols
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Comfortable working around different mechanical and environmental smells
- Experience in agriculture and equipment is highly preferred
- $20-$35.50/hour (based on experience)
