MC - Up to $19.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Manage work orders and preventive maintenance schedule;
Perform light electrical and plumbing tasks and cleaning duties (e.g., PTAC cleaning);
Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and place orders to management;
Prepare rooms for housekeeping including removing linens, trash, moving furniture;
Follow property emergency procedures and ensure security for guests and property
