Cedarhurst Senior Living - - Responsibilities:
Maintain all areas inside the building to the highest cleanliness standards and perform routine and deep cleaning of carpets, furniture, and windows;
Support grounds maintenance and exterior building repairs in collaboration with landscaping contractors;
Assist with implementing and documenting a preventative maintenance program for the building and its equipment;
Prepare and refurbish apartments for resident move-ins, including patching/painting and flooring work;
Schedule and perform preventative maintenance and maintain quality assurance records for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
