SERVPRO is hiring a Cleaning Technician Specialist!

Key Responsibilities

Respond to service calls and perform assigned cleaning and restoration tasks
Photograph, identify, and inventory customer belongings
Wrap, package, and label items for transport and cleaning
Clean, assess, and repackage restored belongings
Provide detailed cleaning of homes and businesses (floors, surfaces, fixtures, etc.)
Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and work environment
Support the crew chief and team with job site activities
Ensure excellent communication with team and customers
Perform end-of-job cleanup to leave the site neat and professional
Follow SERVPRO safety and risk management guidelines
Complete on-the-job and computer-based training modules

Requirements

Effective oral communication skills
Experience in cleaning or restoration (preferred)
High school diploma or GED
IICRC certification (preferred)
Ability to travel locally and occasionally out of state
Ability to pass a background check

Physical Requirements

Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
Work in tight spaces like attics and crawl spaces
Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs frequently
Stand, walk, drive, and climb for extended periods
Comfortable with exposure to cleaning chemicals and disinfectants
