We're seeking a
dependable, mechanically inclined Maintenance Technician
who enjoys troubleshooting problems, working independently, and taking pride in keeping buildings, equipment, and property operating at their best.

What the Maintenance Technician Will DoThe Maintenance Technician will help ensure our buildings, systems, and grounds remain safe, efficient, and well-maintained through:
- Preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance
- Troubleshooting equipment and mechanical systems
- Responding to maintenance requests and completing repairs
- Testing, adjusting, and inspecting equipment for optimal performance
- Performing building rounds and system checks
- Operating hand tools and maintenance equipment
- Following all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and PPE requirements
- Working collaboratively with maintenance leadership and other departments
The ideal candidate is:
- Reliable, respectful, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently, especially during evening shifts
- Skilled at problem-solving and troubleshooting
- Able to communicate effectively with team members and leadership
- Physically capable of navigating multi-story buildings and walking throughout our campus
- In possession of a valid driver's license
This full-time position includes a combination of day and evening shifts:
- 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.(6 days every two weeks)
- 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.(4 days every two weeks)
Includes:
- Every other weekend
- Some holiday coverage
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required upon hire.
