ALLO is seeking a detail-oriented professional to ensure successful onboarding of new customers. You will coordinate with internal provisioning and installation teams, arrange site surveys, and manage account provisioning and phone porting to deliver a seamless customer experience.
In this role you will handle customer and technician calls, maintain knowledge of ALLO deployments, and drive continuous improvement while traveling to ALLO markets as needed.
