Primary Focus:
Field leadership with hands‑on execution

• Lead onsite AV technicians and subcontractors
• Assign daily tasks and manage install sequencing
• Enforce standards, safety, and quality control
• Serve as technical escalation point onsite
• Coordinate with PMs, engineers, and clients

• Strong technical depth across AV systems
• Leadership and communication skills
• Ability to interpret scope, drawings, and schedules
• Conflict resolution and coaching

• Schedule adherence
• Quality control metrics
• Team productivity
• Rework and punch list reduction
