Install, set up, and maintain production machines and peripheral equipment;
Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment including PLCs, digital and analog devices, drivers, relays, capacitors, fuses, switches, thermocouples and heating resistors;
Diagnose and repair mechanical equipment such as pumps, motors, cylinders, encoders, actuators, rotary devices and directional control valves;
Troubleshoot and maintain fluid flow systems including hydraulic, pneumatic, cooling and heating systems;
Document all preventive and corrective maintenance activities in the CMMS
