As the General Manager, you will be at the center of it all - instilling and maintaining an overall positive culture amongst the entire team, developing of all leadership positions, and role modeling hospitality - while heading all operational and financial aspects of the business.

Responsibilities

Oversee and assess financial operations across the restaurant, establishing clear business priorities.

Guarantee exceptional guest experiences, maintaining the highest level of satisfaction.

Manage property maintenance, upholding superior standards of cleanliness and upkeep.

Direct recruitment, training, and scheduling for all departments, in line with labor targets and operational requirements.

Spearhead initiatives to consistently achieve or surpass financial objectives and performance benchmarks.

Requirements

3+ years previous experience leading a full-service restaurant or bar

Passionate about developing others

Passionate about food and drink and up on all the latest trends

Established leadership skills

Ability to develop and motivate the people around you to always be their best

Successful in training others to master technical skills

Highly organized with great planning and administrative skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

Ability to showcase Brand Ambassadorship

Well versed in local marketing skills and event management

Skilled at setting and achieving short and long-term business goals

Energetic and positive

Desire for continuous improvement
