Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Become an Employee-Owner at PERRY proTECH! The Shop Operations Lead will be responsible for leading in the preparation, customization, and repair of various office technology products while also maintaining a positive experience for both external and internal customers.
About The Role:- Support team members with high demand periods, complex assemblies, and troubleshooting
- Complete preparation, customization, and repair of office technology products on all Imaging equipment at a level consistent with performance expectations
- Inspect equipment and run tests to ensure equipment is working properly
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment, referring to repair manuals and collaborating with other members of the team as needed
- Provide after-hours service when needed to maintain quality, reliability, and uptime for clients
- Excellent analytical abilities
- Self-motivated, flexible, and take initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prioritize customer service and client satisfaction
- 2 years' experience troubleshooting electronics equipment
- Pass IDOT/ODOT Physical
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
