This position performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

Incumbents must be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time and bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas. Must work inside and outside in all weather conditions and lift up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance. May be required to travel for training or support other properties, and work a flexible schedule including evening, weekend, and holiday call‑time.
RequiredLicenses or Certifications
- EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling (applies to Certified Service Technicians).
- All certifications required by State and Local jurisdictions (applies to all Service Technicians).
- Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property, depending on property size, if applicable.
Hourly rate: $20.00 – $21.00. In addition, the role may be eligible for quarterly or annual bonus programs (corporate positions) or weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs (onsite positions).
