** What You'll Do:*
* + Supervise daily fabrication operations, leading your team from project design through manufacture and delivery

+ Oversee quality control, monitor production progress, and ensure deadlines are consistently met

+ Prioritize workflow across the shop floor and allocate resources efficiently and effectively

+ Champion health and safety compliance, including OSHA regulations and applicable fire codes

+ Deliver hands-on training that keeps the workplace safe and the team performing at a high level

+ Uphold company core values, standard operating procedures, and best manufacturing practices

+ Maintain regular, reliable attendance and support the team with additional duties as needed

+ Comfortable leading in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

+ A self-starter who can learn systems quickly and identify ways to improve processes

+ Knowledgeable in safety regulations, fabrication procedures, and manufacturing best practices

+ Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
