Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to perform general building and equipment maintenance in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, safety conscious, and capable of working independently to keep the facility operating efficiently.

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks throughout the facility.
• Troubleshoot and resolve building, facility, and equipment issues in a timely manner.
• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment, tools, and facility systems.
• Inspect equipment and work areas to identify maintenance needs before problems occur.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following company safety procedures.
• Document completed maintenance activities and report equipment or facility concerns.
• Assist with additional maintenance projects and facility improvements as assigned.

• Previous maintenance or building maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry repairs.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors as needed.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
