Maintenance Supervisor

Weyerhaeuser is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled maintenance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will plan and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance on mill equipment, ensure safe work practices, coordinate with operations to minimize downtime, and drive reliability and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, managing contractors, maintaining CMMS records, and supporting capital projects.

You'll champion Weyerhaeuser's values of safety, integrity, and sustainability while developing your team and supporting long-term asset performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a skilled maintenance team in a manufacturing facility
• Plan, schedule, and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and OSHA requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical equipment issues
• Use CMMS to track work orders, maintenance history, and spare parts
• Coordinate maintenance activities with production to reduce downtime
• Manage contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance work
• Support and implement reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist with capital projects, equipment upgrades, and installations
• Coach and develop maintenance team members' skills and performance
