Job ResponsibilitiesVocational-level Custodian accountable for cleaning office areas or resident areas. Works under general direction and follows set instructions and directions. Works as part of a cleaning crew. Operates a variety of power cleaning equipment. Responsible for maintaining an inventory of supplies and tools and notifying supervisor of resupply needs. May perform routine maintenance on cleaning equipment.

Preferred QualificationsTypically requires a High School Diploma or high school equivalency and 0-1 year of work experience.
