ABM Industries -  - Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain assigned area including classrooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, office, and stairways;
Sweep, remove debris, mop floors in designated areas;
Regularly check trash receptacles, emptying as needed;
Notify lead cleaner or manager concerning repairs or additions to building systems;
Establish and maintain communication with clients, co-workers, and supervisors;
Collect, consolidate, and separate recycling into proper receptacles;
Clean and dust desks, chairs, tables furniture, fixtures, doors, sills, floors, ceilings, and walls;
Polish hard surfaces such as woodwork and stainless steel surfaces;
Wipe and clean tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas;
Move cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates and equipment to clean areas as needed;
Clean interior glass, windows, partitions, and mirrors;
Sweep walks, rake leaves, cut grass, remove snow or seasonal tasks;
Maintain the cleanliness of restrooms;
Comply with safety, security, compliance, and quality standards
