Maintenance Technician - Auto Dealership

We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations of our busy automotive dealership. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and fully functional facility, ensuring our team and customers experience a professional environment at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine building maintenance and minor repairs

• Maintain cleanliness of service areas, showroom, and exterior grounds

• Assist with facility upkeep including lighting, plumbing, painting and general repairs

• Monitor equipment and coordinate service when needed

• Support seasonal tasks such as snow removal and landscaping

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests

Qualifications:

• Prior maintenance or facilities experience preferred

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repair

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Self-motivated with good time management

• Valid driver's license
