Parts Specialist I plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse by performing a variety of tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and general warehouse organization. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assembles orders, prepares goods, and processes shipments in SAP
• Daily invoicing in SAP of all outbound shipments
• Receives, unpacks, inspects, and stores incoming materials and supplies and replenishes stock in the towers
• Responsible for monitoring inventory to ensure accuracy
• Uses shipping records to verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders
• Participate in weekly after hours on call rotation
• Participate in company‑provided training and apply knowledge appropriately (daily processes)
• Help always maintain a neat and orderly parts room
• Performs other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent or work experience in a related field
• Proficient knowledge and experience with computers including MS Office
• SAP experience preferred
• Experience operating a forklift preferred
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects/priorities
• Must be able to follow directions and take instruction
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from co‑workers, clients, customers, and the general public

• Must have a valid and unrestricted driver's license. Real ‑compliant driver’s license or other TSA approved alternative form of identification required for travel
