Filter oil fryers daily;
Maintain grounds and the building exterior - sweeping, power washing, changing trash, interior and exterior windows, cleaning signage and fixtures;
Execute daily equipment cleaning as well as weekly, monthly, and quarterly preventative maintenance on restaurant equipment;
Tracks and reports on task completion;
Clean HVAC/Exhaust units weekly and/or monthly, maintain roof cleanliness
