These responsibilities involve managing commercial pest control accounts by:

• Conducting detailed inspections
• Developing customized treatment solutions
• Delivering professional service at client facilities

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to business clients, ensuring strong relationships through clear communication, accuracy, and reliability.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Respond to customer requests quickly and professionally
• Diagnose pest issues and recommend effective solutions
• Perform treatments and inspections at commercial sites
• Maintain accurate documentation and service records
• Work independently with strong attention to detail
• Continuously learn pest control methods and products

• High school diploma or equivalent
• No prior experience required (entry‑level friendly)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to obtain certifications:
  • Pesticide license (within 90 days – company pays)
  • CDL with Hazmat endorsement (required)
  • Kansas pest control licenses 7B and 7E
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Able to manage a route‑based schedule
• Willing to work some weekends & holidays

• Reliable and self‑directed; you’ll work alone most of the time
• Comfortable driving and traveling between sites
• Willing to learn technical, regulated work (licenses required)
• Flexible with schedule
