Scenic Wellness Nursing & Rehabilitation is looking for a dependable, hands‑on Maintenance Assistant to help keep our facility safe, comfortable, and welcoming for our residents, visitors, and staff. As a Maintenance Assistant, you'll play a key role in maintaining our healthcare facility by:

• Performing routine repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment, fixtures, and building systems
• Conducting daily facility inspections and proactively addressing maintenance needs
• Troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues quickly and efficiently
• Maintaining clean, safe, and attractive common areas throughout the facility
• Assisting with seasonal grounds maintenance, landscaping, and snow removal
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests and urgent facility needs
• Supporting a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors

• At least 1 year of maintenance, facilities, or related experience
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair work
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• High school diploma or GED required
