We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to join our team.
This is an on‑site role and will not be remote or hybrid at any time.

As a Maintenance Manager with Midwest Best Block, you are responsible for:
- Oversight of the Maintenance Operations Personnel
- Implementing a Preventative Maintenance Program (with documentation and record keeping that is easily accessible)
- Diagnosing mechanical problems and determining how to correct them
- Dismantling and reassembling plant and machinery equipment
- Assisting in selection and installation of replacement equipment
- Constructing replacement parts to specification (fabrication)
- Evaluating cost and inventory control
- Safety inspections (for OSHA, EPA, and company compliance)
- Utilization of a CMMS program
The ideal candidate will be able to:
- Conduct electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and conveyor system diagnoses
- Conduct root‑cause analysis and implement solutions
- Have experience in industrial maintenance, electrical work, management, and be aware of the safety procedures needed to conduct themselves ethically in this role.
- Work in a dusty, climate‑controlled, industrial environment
- Your offer may be contingent upon passing a drug test and physical exam for this role.
