Smithfield Foods - - Responsibilities:
Conducts daily maintenance work activities in assigned equipment areas and sets up maintenance schedules as required;
Follows standard operating maintenance instructions/procedures for maintenance tasks including replacing, adjusting, and installing feed mill equipment;
Develops and improves the Preventative Maintenance Program to meet management goals;
Monitors and maintains all feed mill equipment and ensures proper repair procedures are followed;
Establishes or adjusts maintenance work procedures and schedules to meet production schedules
